LAT is available in Kielipankki - the Language Bank of Finland (lat.csc.fi).
With the LAT tools you can transcribe and annotate, browse as well as search in corpora containing audio, video and text material.
The LAT tools have been developed by the Dutch MPI. Nowadays LAT is referred to as TLA in the Netherlands.
